How does Pick & Mix work?

Our Primal Pick & Mix range offers a cost effective way to add a variety of natural, healthy chews to your dog’s diet. Choose as many, or few, pieces as you would like and we will pack up your personalised assortment. Primal Pick & Mix products will be packed together in a paper selection bag, with larger items, such as our ostrich bones, individually wrapped in tissue paper.

If you have a dog with allergies in your family or would prefer the different protein sources to be separated, please just let us know in your order notes and we will package them individually.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be packed with love and care in our biodegradable, sustainably sourced paper mailing bags. More delicate items, such as shampoo bottles, will be carefully wrapped in paper padding for extra protection. All our packing materials, including our tape, are plastic free and fully recyclable.

Who will deliver my order?

Orders choosing standard or free delivery will usually be shipped via Royal Mail or Evri. Express deliveries will ship with DPD. Please see our delivery page for pricing.

Can I shop with you plastic free?

Yes, absolutely! We are very conscious of our impact on the environment. We thoroughly enjoy the great outdoors with our dogs, so it is important we do our bit to look after our planet for the future. All our packing materials are plastic free and we have many plastic free products to choose from across our range of treats, toys and grooming products.

My order is a gift, will the packaging be suitable to send straight to the recipient?

We would be honoured to send a gift on your behalf. All of our orders are packed with love and care, but please let us know in the order notes if you are sending a gift and we will add some ribbon and withhold pricing information from the delivery note. If you would like to add a message, please leave this in your order notes and we will add a hand written note card.
